CIE coordination
CIE Benue State coordinates the initiative, develops its programme portfolio, mobilises partnerships and follows up on implementation. Coordination does not automatically make CIE the owner or operator of every participating service.
Programme delivery
Programme leads and implementing institutions will manage defined activities, resources, support and results. Technical working groups can contribute relevant education, enterprise, investment and infrastructure expertise.
Institutional cooperation
Government institutions, businesses, academic organisations and development partners participate within their mandates and agreed responsibilities. Programme agreements establish contributions, ownership, reporting and review arrangements.
Oversight and learning
Operational reviews, portfolio reviews and annual planning will connect implementation evidence to decisions. Risks, responsibilities, financial commitments and programme outcomes will be documented.
