Innovate Benue is the state-level initiative aligned with CIE’s Innovation for Employment and Economic Development in Nigeria framework, I-FEEDING. The Benue-SPEED partnership architecture provides a structure for cooperation among participating institutions.

Implementation sequence
Preparation and readiness assessment are followed by controlled activation, supported operation, evaluation and progressive expansion. The planning horizon is five years from formal commencement, supported by annual implementation plans.
Results and accountability
Each programme will establish its baseline, delivery responsibilities and outcome measures. Numerical targets will be matched to financing and delivery capacity. Planned activity, operational delivery and verified results will be reported distinctly.
